The Lakeland Terrier Club is the U.K. national club for pure bred, Kennel Club registered, Lakeland Terriers. Founded in 1932, it is the senior of three U.K. clubs that promote the breed. We are not a profit making organisation, all club funds are used for the benefit of the membership in pursuing the aims and objectives of the club.

There is considerable demand for healthy, well-bred puppies from reputable breeders so be prepared to have to wait and/or travel to get one.
Prices may vary slightly across the country and between breeders but expect to pay a similar price to other terriers of this type currently (March 2012) about £800. The breed club secretaries will usually know of puppies and youngsters that might be available.
Breeders are expected to adhere to the Club's code of ethics.
